I provide a one year puppy replacement guarantee against life threatening genetic defects. Also a 10 day health guarantee.

To be eligible for the following guarantee, Buyer must take pup for a vet check within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of purchase or guarantee is VOID. This guarantee IS NOT transferrable to anyone other then original buyers. If pup has MAJOR problems during guarantee period, seller should be notified IMMEDIATELY and BE INCLUDED IN DECISION MAKING PROCESS pertaining to the medical care for the pup, OR GUARANTEE IS VOID. Seller not responsible for any vet bills while pup is in buyer’s possession.

Seller gives 1 year guarantee against hereditary or congenital defects (guarantee ends when pup turns one year old). Buyer responsible for all expenses incurred in return of pup (or proof of death of pup). Proof of problem is to be sent to Seller ASAP, and Buyer will get replacement pup of equal value when one becomes available. At that time, proof of up-to-date vet care (shots and other routine vet care) may also be required to rule out neglect.

Should puppy die from communicable disease (not included are parasites or hypoglycemia) within 10 days of purchase and buyer promptly sought treatment by veterinarian, and vet certifies in writing that the pup was thought to have been exposed to the disease prior to leaving our kennel, buyer will get FULL refund of PURCHASE PRICE of puppy within 45 days of certification of death. Buyer must send certification (autopsy required only if vet is unsure of cause of death) to Seller within 4 weeks of pups death.

RULES FOR LIMITED REGISTRATION: If pup is being bought at pet price with limited registration, puppy is to be spayed/neutered by seven months of age.

NOTE: There is no guarantee on the temperament or size of pup after the sale. There is no guarantee against stress, hypoglycemia or parasites after the sale (unless hypoglycemia is proven by autopsy to be caused by a defective liver). These factors are not under Seller’s control and toy breed puppies have immature livers and are prone to hypoglycemia under stress.

*If you are no longer able to assume responsibility for your puppy, we will be more than happy to take the puppy back and find a suitable home for it. We do not want any of our babies ending up in a shelter or pound! This is a lifetime return given on all dogs… without refund of course.

ALL Puppies come with dewclaws removed, tail or ear cropping if required by the breed. Health record including: first set of shots, first de-wormings, genetic and health guarantee, and a food starter, puppy pad packet. By the time they come to you, they have had their bath, hair trimmed around their eyes and bottoms, and nails trimmed. They have been handled, socialized and loved.
